The Boathouse is a 2-story building with the living quarters above the trees to catch the fresh Long Island Breeze and enjoy the views of Exuma Sound.
The living space contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with a fully furnished kitchen, dining and living areas, a covered outside porch and a sun deck. Laundry is located on the side of the property, as is a clothesline
Native landscaping, fruit trees, garden space, outdoor seating/entertaining areas and an outdoor shower complete the grounds.
Lots of Extras
Your rental includes the use of beach cruiser bikes, kayaks and paddles, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs and floats, linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully outfitted with icemaker, gas range, microwave, bar supplies, etc. Sunscreen and Bug repellant are provided, as well as a first aid kit.
All you need to do is book your ticket, arrange your car rental, plan your excursions and pack your swimsuit and flip flops!
